Zelan is a perennial herbaceous plant in the family Labiatae, the whole grass of the groundnut seedling and the hairy-leaved groundnut seedling. It is produced all over the country, harvested in summer, dried and chopped. The flavor is pungent and slightly warm. It enters the liver and bladder meridians. It has the efficacy of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, diuretic and swelling. Clinically, it is often used for blood stasis, blood stagnation, dysmenorrhea and postpartum abdominal pain. It can be used in combination with Angelica sinensis, Salvia miltiorrhiza, motherwort and other drugs. For blood stagnation with blood deficiency of menstrual occlusion, it is often used in combination with white peony and angelica to nourish blood and promote menstruation. Zelan is also used for bruises, bruises and pain, as well as carbuncle pain, can be paired with red peony, chuanxiong, frankincense and other drugs. It can be combined with red peony, chuanxiong, frankincense and other medicines. For carbuncle pain, it must be combined with heat-clearing and detoxifying medicines.
