What are the methods of functional exercises for the hip joint?

  Hip joint activities can promote the synovial membrane metabolism and constantly produce synovial fluid, which is conducive to the repair and rebuilding of cartilage, the repair and shaping of the femoral head, and the improvement of hip function.
