Inhaled budesonide suspension is used clinically for nebulized inhalation. Generally take 2ml of saline and add 2ml of budesonide suspension for nebulized inhalation for 5-10 minutes each time, 2 times a day. For children, the amount of budesonide can be reduced appropriately by taking 2ml of saline and 1ml of budesonide suspension, also 2 times a day for 5-10 minutes each time. Budesonide has a slow onset of action and when inhaled in nebulized form for 5-6 days, it can only exert a stable and effective effect in the airways. Therefore, for acute asthma attacks or acute laryngitis in children, the use of budesonide should not be too suitable.
