Can Nucleic Acid Detect New Coronavirus Incubation?

The incubation period of the new coronavirus can be detected by doing nucleic acid, but it is not always possible to detect it, and multiple tests are needed.
The incubation period of Neocoronavirus is about 1 to 14 days on average after infection. During the incubation period, there are no obvious symptoms of infection with the new coronavirus. Even during the incubation period, the virus is replicating in the respiratory tract of the infected person and is contagious. Nucleic acid testing of respiratory secretions can detect infection with Neocoronavirus.
During the incubation period of neocoronavirus infection, the time and amount of virus discharged by different infected persons are different, so a single nucleic acid test for neocoronavirus may not necessarily be able to detect it. Multiple tests should be performed on close contacts or suspected infected persons to avoid transmission to others during the incubation period.
