What anti-inflammatory drugs to take for inflammation of powdery tumor

For inflammation and infection of powdery tumors, oral anti-inflammatory drugs of cephalosporins or penicillins, such as cefuroxime and amoxicillin, can be taken, along with topical application of Bactrim, polymyxin B ointment or fusidic acid ointment. If infection, swelling and pain occur repeatedly, surgical removal is considered. Because powdery tumors do not heal on their own, they may become smaller occasionally, but the cyst wall does not disappear on its own and may increase in size repeatedly. Especially in patients with chronic diseases, such as diabetes and cirrhosis, repeated infections may lead to the spread of infection, involving other organs and even causing severe sepsis, so patients with powdery tumors are advised to have surgery to remove them as soon as possible.
