Uterine fibroids are benign tumors of female reproductive organs, commonly found in women of reproductive age between 30 and 50 years old, most patients have no obvious clinical symptoms, and their hazards include: 1. submucosal fibroids: can lead to abnormal menstruation, abnormal increased menstrual flow, and cause severe anemia; 2. subplasmalemma fibroids: can easily twist when the patient’s position changes, causing acute abdominal pain; 3. uterine fibroids during pregnancy or puerperium: can lead to acute abdominal pain, fever, and even miscarriage; 4. fibroids compressing the fallopian tubes: may cause infertility; 5. lower uterine segment or cervical fibroids: can affect childbirth.
