Urine routine examination shows occult blood (+) often suggests that the patient may have urinary tract bleeding disease, need to be further examined to clarify the specific causes: First, may be suffering from urinary tract infection, infection leads to mucosal erosion caused by blood seepage, then there can be occult blood (+), usually accompanied by urine kind of white blood cell number or bacterial number of the situation is elevated. Secondly, there may be stones in the urinary tract, such as kidney stones or ureteral stones, which lead to mucosal rupture and bleeding, and can cause occult blood (+). This is usually accompanied by pain in the area where the stone is located, such as low back pain or abdominal pain. Third, there may also be tumors of the urinary tract, often seen in elderly patients. In the early stage, it does not have any conscious symptoms, and it only manifests itself as an increase in occult blood in the urine or a reddish color of the urine, which needs to be examined by CT or ultrasound of the urinary system to make a judgment. Fourth, there may also be coagulation disorders, such as thrombocytopenia or coagulation abnormalities. These conditions may cause increased occult blood in the urine, but may also be accompanied by bleeding in other parts of the body, such as bleeding gums, skin and mucous membrane bleeding.
