Is the adenovirus vaccine very reactive?

Adenovirus vaccine response is not generalizable and is dependent on the individual health of the vaccinated person. Adenovirus vaccine refers to adenovirus vector vaccine. Taking the new coronavirus vaccine as an example, this type produces a faster immune response and is more efficient in protecting patients with severe cases of the new coronavirus. After receiving the adenovirus-vectored vaccine, the vast majority of the vaccinated patients do not experience any significant discomfort. However, some vaccinees may experience mild weakness, headache, fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, etc., which usually resolves on its own in 2-3 days. A small number of vaccinated persons may also experience serious adverse reactions, such as chest tightness, difficulty in breathing, skin rash and other symptoms. When administering the vaccine, the vaccinated person should be informed of his/her own physical condition, and if any adverse reaction occurs, he/she should go to the hospital for examination and treatment in a timely manner, so as to avoid serious effects on the body.
