Prostatitis may present symptoms of generalized weakness, mostly seen in acute bacterial prostatitis.
Acute bacterial prostatitis may present generalized weakness, fever, chills, nausea, vomiting and other systemic symptoms, most often sudden onset, but also burning pain in the urethra, urinary urgency, urinary frequency, perineal and suprapubic pain and rectal irritation.
Chronic bacterial prostatitis and chronic prostatitis systemic symptoms are not obvious, usually no symptoms of generalized weakness. Both have similar clinical symptoms, as seen in pelvic-sacral pain, urinary abnormalities and sexual dysfunction. Asymptomatic prostatitis usually has no clinical symptoms, and is mostly found during the examination of other diseases.
If there is discomfort, it is necessary to consult a doctor in time and actively carry out standardized treatment.
