How many weeks after taking the blocking pill IV test can you rule it out?

Blocking drugs are drugs that stop HIV from replicating in the body. Taking blocking drugs and using the HIV IV reagent test can usually be ruled out in about 4-6 weeks. Currently, there are four main types of clinically used blocking drugs: protease inhibitors, integrase inhibitors, nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, and non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors. After engaging in unprotected high-risk sexual behavior or occupational exposure, blockers need to be used within 72 hours, and the sooner they are taken, the better, preferably within 2 hours. Of course, it is effective when used within 72 hours, and then it needs to be taken for 28 consecutive days without interruption or early termination to avoid causing the blocker to fail. The way to take the blocker to use the HIV IV reagent test is to stop taking the blocker after 28 days and take a test. If the test result is negative, then review the test once every one to two weeks or so, if the result is still negative, it means the blockade is successful. Blockers must be taken under a doctor’s supervision. Minor adverse reactions usually do not require treatment, but if a serious adverse reaction occurs, you must go to the hospital.
