Cerebral white matter lesions can take Chinese patent medicines such as Fufang Dilong Capsule and Xuesetong Tablet. 1. Compound Dilong Capsule, Chinese patent medicine name. It is composed of Dilong (fresh), Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Radix Astragali and Radix Cortex. It has the effect of resolving blood stasis and clearing collaterals, benefiting qi and activating blood (tonifying qi and blood, making the body full of qi and blood, and blood circulation smooth). It is generally used in ischemic stroke with evidence of qi deficiency and blood stasis during the period of meridian recovery. Symptoms of hemiplegia (one side of the limbs can not move freely), crooked mouth and tongue, speech or speechlessness, numbness of the side of the body, fatigue, palpitations (heartbeat accelerated, often accompanied by panic), shortness of breath, salivation (drooling), self-sweating (daytime involuntary sweating, sweating aggravates the slightest movement) and so on. Individual patients of Fufang Dilong Capsule experienced stomach discomfort after taking the medicine for 2-3 days. It should not be used in phlegm-heat syndrome, fire-heat syndrome, stasis-heat syndrome, etc. with heat symptoms. 2. Xuesetong Tablet, Chinese patent medicine. It is composed of total saponins of Panax ginseng. It has the efficacy of activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis, and promoting circulation. It is used for cerebral stasis, hemiplegia, cardiovascular stasis (heart veins and channels are blocked by blood stasis), thoracic paralysis (chest tightness and pain), cardiac pain; after-effects of cerebrovascular disease, angina pectoris of coronary heart disease belonging to the above symptoms. Individual patients may develop drug rash and allergic purpura after the use of hemosiderin tablets. Contraindications are not clear.
