Early stage bladder cancer is usually treated by transurethral cystectomy and laser resection of transurethral bladder tumor with better effect. 1. Transurethral cystectomy: Early bladder cancer can choose electrosurgery, under general anesthesia or epidural anesthesia, use cystoscope to enter bladder through urethral orifice, and then use electrosurgical ring to resect the tumor tissues after arriving at the position of bladder, which is a less traumatic surgery and the patients have better recovery after the surgery. 2. Transurethral bladder tumor laser resection: laser resection is to make use of the physical characteristics of the laser’s own thermal energy to remove the tumor, which doesn’t need to produce electric current reaction through the patient’s body and doesn’t cause closed-cell neural reflexes, and the operation is more convenient and easier to complete. Besides, there are other surgical methods to remove early bladder cancer. It is suggested that patients with early bladder cancer should go to the hospital for timely examination and early detection and early treatment, so as to avoid delaying their condition.
