Patients with itchy eyes with small particles in the eyelids may be caused by granuloma, conjunctival stones and contact blepharitis. 1. Whepharitis: also known as blepharitis, is caused by Staphylococcus aureus infection, which can form yellow pus spots in the eye, followed by the formation of small particles in the eyelids, accompanied by redness, swelling, heat, pain and other signs of inflammation, and sometimes there is also a slight itching. 2. Conjunctival stones: Conjunctival stones are white stones of rice size in the conjunctival surface of the patient’s eyelid, which are small elevated particles, usually not accompanied by other discomforts, if the volume of conjunctival stones is large, the patient may have a foreign body sensation in the eye, itching and other discomforts. 3. Contact blepharitis: contact dermatitis is mostly caused by the patient’s contact with cosmetics, eye medications, hair dyes, or allergies due to the consumption of certain foods, the patient’s eyelid allergic reaction to itchy, burning sensation, eyelid skin pimples, blisters or pustules, and then the formation of eyelid particles, accompanied by a yellowish, viscous exudate.
