Scalp psoriasis, i.e. psoriasis, and its standardized treatment modalities include general treatment, topical and systemic medication, biologics, physical therapy and so on. 1. General treatment: pay attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of the affected area, avoid trauma, avoid exertion and so on. 2.Drug treatment (1) Local drug therapy: glucocorticoid drugs such as dexamethasone can have obvious curative effect, but the application should pay attention to the adverse reactions such as hirsutism and other adverse reactions, and other types of psoriasis can be induced by sudden stopping of drugs. Other topical drugs include carbotriol, tacalcitol, tacrolimus, tar preparations, anthralin ointment and so on. (2) Systemic drug therapy: commonly used drugs include immunosuppressants such as methotrexate and cyclosporine; and retinoids such as avitamin A ester. Except for psoriasis vulgaris, other types can use glucocorticoid drugs such as prednisone as appropriate. 3. Biological agents: suitable for patients with moderate to severe psoriasis whose conventional systemic treatment is ineffective or poorly tolerated. Commonly used drugs include anti-alpha interferon, anti-interleukin-17 receptor monoclonal antibody, etc. 4. Physical therapy: ultraviolet radiation, photochemotherapy and so on can have certain therapeutic effect. The use of specific drugs should be under the guidance of a doctor.
