Telmisartan Tablets are used to treat hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases. Timosartan Tablets are primarily used for the treatment of essential hypertension in adult patients; they may also be used in patients over 55 years of age with cardiovascular disease who are not amenable to treatment with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, thereby reducing the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, or other cardiovascular disease resulting in death. Adverse reactions that patients may experience with the use of telmisartan tablets include headache and dizziness, fatigue, cough, nausea, edema, urticaria, sweating, atrial fibrillation, dyspepsia, muscle pain, bradycardia, eosinophilia, thrombocytopenia, myocardial infarction, elevated blood pressure, postural hypotension, hyperkalemia, hepatic insufficiency, anemia, and other symptoms. In addition, it is prohibited for patients who are allergic to temesartan tablets; it is not recommended to be taken concurrently with temesartan or ACE inhibitors; it is prohibited in mid- to late-stage pregnancy; and it is prohibited for patients suffering from biliary obstructive disease and severe hepatic impairment. If you need to use timosartan tablets, please consult a professional doctor and strictly follow the doctor’s instructions for medication.
