Contraindications to arthroplasty

Absolute contraindications: malignant tumors of the bone and joint, inflammation on infection, spinal cord compression, cauda equina compression, recent fractures, severe osteoporosis. Relative contraindications: inadequate blood supply to the vertebral artery, ankylosing spondylitis, acute phase of rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases, anterior spinal slippage, poor stability, early and late pregnancy during anticoagulant medication, indications requiring caution, severe sexual pain, irritable state, acute radicular pain with increased signs and symptoms of nerve root compression, irritable nerve roots, joint activity that can cause distal symptoms, poor general condition.
