What are the causes of menstrual pain after abortion?

Termination of pregnancy by manual or pharmacological methods within 3 months of gestation is called early pregnancy termination and may also be referred to as abortion. It is used as a remedy for unwanted pregnancies where contraception has failed, and also for those who need to terminate a pregnancy due to illnesses that make it inadvisable to continue, or to prevent congenital malformations or hereditary diseases. Induced abortion can be divided into two methods: surgical abortion and medication abortion. Commonly used methods include negative pressure abortion, forceps abortion and medication abortion. Some women exhibit menstrual disorders after abortion. Post-abortion dysmenorrhea is one of the more common types of post-abortion menstrual disorders, which can be physically and mentally stressful for the abortionist. Why do you experience dysmenorrhea after miscarriage? The common causes of secondary dysmenorrhea after miscarriage are: 1. Endometriosis: It occurs in middle-aged women between 30 and 45 years old, because the endometrium runs to places other than the uterus to “set up camp”. As the menstrual cycle is affected by ovarian hormones and thickens and bleeds, it does not flow out of the body and stimulates the surrounding tissues, causing contraction of the uterine muscle or tissue fibrosis and inducing dysmenorrhea. 2, uterine fibroids: mostly seen in women over 40 years old, multiple mothers, and women with multiple abortions and scrapings. 3, cervical or uterine cavity adhesions: mostly seen in patients with repeated abortions, endometrial tuberculosis, etc. 4, reproductive tract abnormalities: mechanical obstruction such as excessive anterior tilt of the uterine body, vaginal transverse septum, etc., so that the flow of menstrual blood is not smooth, accumulation of blood and induce dysmenorrhea. 5.Pelvic inflammatory disease: persistent pain in the lower abdomen, which may radiate to the waist, sometimes accompanied by a feeling of anal swelling.
