What women should eat to regulate their liver

Women can take Chasteberry Syrup, Sanqi Liver Pills, Luying Granules and other medications under the guidance of a physician to regulate the liver.
1. Chasteberry syrup is composed of chasteberry (steamed in wine). It has the effect of nourishing the liver and kidney, strengthening the waist and knees. It is used for soreness and weakness of waist and knees due to deficiency of liver and kidney, tinnitus and dizziness, early whitening of hair. Not suitable for diabetic patients. It is not suitable for patients with cold and fever.
2. Sanqi Liver Pill is composed of Sanqi, Curcuma longa, Yunnan hawthorn, Zedoary, Chrysanthemum, Lotus leaf, Paeonia lactiflora, Atractylodes macrocephala, Semen cuscutae, Paeonia lactiflora, and Cynanchum bark. It has the effects of strengthening the spleen, resolving turbidity, expelling phlegm and softening hardness. It is used in treating fatty liver and hyperlipidemia with deficiency of liver, spleen and depression. Note that pregnant women are forbidden to take it.
3. Luying Granules is composed of Luying extract. It has the efficacy of dispersing the liver and strengthening the spleen, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, subduing swelling and relieving pain. It is used for acute viral hepatitis; and rheumatic paralysis (equivalent to rheumatoid arthritis), pain caused by bruises. Pregnant women and those who are allergic to this product are prohibited.
