Rectal adenocarcinoma is a type of rectal cancer, and the so-called neuroendocrine carcinoma refers to rectal neuroendocrine tumor, they are different types of diseases, which are given general treatment, medication, surgery and so on. 1. Rectal adenocarcinoma treatment mainly includes surgery, chemotherapy and other treatment programs. (1) Surgical treatment: according to the size of rectal cancer and different degrees of tumor metastasis, surgical methods are different. Radical resection and palliative resection of rectal cancer are commonly used. Commonly used surgical procedures include abdominal perineal colectomy, transperitoneal colectomy for rectal cancer, transabdominal transanal colectomy anastomosis for rectal cancer, and so on. (2) Chemotherapy: chemotherapy is an important adjuvant means for the treatment of rectal adenocarcinoma. Among the commonly used adjuvant chemotherapy regimens are FolFox6 regimen (oxaliplatin+calcium folinate+5-fluorouracil), capecitabine oral chemotherapy regimen, CapeOx regimen (capecitabine+oxaliplatin) and other regimens. 2. The treatment of rectal neuroendocrine tumor is mainly based on surgical treatment, and different surgical methods are chosen according to the tumor condition, and the common surgical methods include high-frequency electric coil removal, enterostomy, extended resection, etc. The tumor is very susceptible to radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and chemotherapy. The tumor is not sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and growth inhibitors can be used to treat patients with metastatic recurrence. For patients diagnosed with rectal tumor, they should immediately go to the relevant departments of regular hospitals for consultation and treatment under the guidance of professional physicians, and try to achieve “early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment” to avoid delaying the condition.
