Correct treatment of chromatophores

Correct treatment of moles What should I do about the black moles on my face that are an eyesore? What should I do if a mole on my neck is often scratched accidentally? What if the mole on my leg has grown significantly larger and darker? All these patients have one thing in common: how to treat these moles. Mole, medically known as nevus, or nevus cell nevus, is a benign tumor of melanocytes. Many people have more or less chromatophores, mostly in childhood and adolescence, and can occur anywhere on the body, manifesting as macules, papules, papillomas, warts, nodules, or tipped damage, ranging in size from a few millimeters to several centimeters or even larger, usually yellowish brown or black, or blue, purple, or non-pigmented. Some pigmented nevi are closely related to malignant melanoma. In general, pigmented nevi do not require treatment. Removal of a pigmented nevus should be considered if there is a cosmetic requirement or if there is a tendency for malignancy such as frequent frictional injury, breakage, infection, significant enlargement and darkening, natural bleeding, or satellite damage around the nevus. Whether for cosmetic reasons or for the purpose of preventing malignant changes, the treatment of nevus is mainly related to two major issues. One is to ensure the safety and the other is to ensure the cosmetic effect. Whether using the previous CO2 laser or the new ultra-pulsed CO2 laser, there is no guarantee that the nevus cells can be completely removed at one time, especially for larger pigmented nevi, the residual nevus cells may recur and a few may become malignant; another disadvantage is that after the laser cauterizes the pigmented nevus tissue, pathological examination cannot be performed and early malignant melanoma cannot be detected, which delays the treatment. From the cosmetic point of view, laser treatment of large pigmented nevi can easily lead to large scar formation, while surgical removal of nevi can obtain good cosmetic results and timely detection of malignant melanoma by postoperative pathological examination. Therefore, surgical treatment is the right way to remove moles, especially large pigmented moles and moles with malignant tendency.
