Artificial knee joint replacement surgery

   Xiao** Female 62 years old with bilateral knee pain and inability to walk normally for more than 20 years. Admitted to hospital on 2015-7-26.  Usually has knee pain and cannot walk normally. Usually adhere to swimming exercise. After retirement, she joined the choir and had frequent social activities, and knee pain prevented walking. On examination of both knees, there was inversion deformity of both knees, limitation of knee flexion and extension, and medial instability of the knee. x-ray description The medial space of both knees became narrowed, the edges of the bones constituting the joint and the intercondylar spine of the tibia became osteophytic and sharp, the joint surface was bare and sclerotic, and the patello-osseous joint became hyperplastic, the space narrowed, and the suprapatellar ligament calcified.  Diagnosis Severe osteoarthrosis of both knees Bilateral knee arthroplasty was performed on 2015-07-29 and 08-12, respectively. After surgery, he was able to move around on the ground for 4 days and recovered well. Before the artificial knee replacement, the film of the knee joint after the artificial knee replacement, one week after the surgery, discharged home to recuperate
