What’s wrong with breastfed babies having milk flaps in their stools?

In breastfed babies, occasional milk flaps in the stool, with a light green color when the amount is small, are mostly normal and generally do not require intervention. This is because some of the protein contained in breast milk is not absorbed and thus milk flaps appear, which is mostly normal. If the baby has more milk flaps in the stool, the stool is thin and foamy, and the area around the anus is flushed, most of them are caused by abnormalities in the digestive tract. You can give digestive treatment, such as oral multi-enzyme tablets, Clostridium Typhimurium live bacteria, etc. If the baby’s general condition is fine, with good physical growth and weight gain, no intervention is usually necessary.
