Children who fall and drop their teeth into the dental bed need to take an X-ray to confirm whether the root of the tooth overlaps with the permanent embryo, if it overlaps the tooth needs to be extracted, if it doesn’t overlap then it needs to be reviewed regularly. A tooth embedded in the dental bed by sudden mechanical force is called embedded tooth dislocation. If the root of the embedded tooth affects the inherited permanent tooth, it should be extracted. If the peri-coronal bone of the permanent tooth is intact, it can be observed first, and the apical X-ray can be taken regularly in about half a year, and if it is found that the embedded tooth causes the destruction or overlapping of the surrounding bone, it will affect the development of the permanent tooth, and then it will need to be extracted as well. Family members should try their best to calm down the child so that the child can actively cooperate with the doctor’s treatment. The child should avoid hot, spicy and other stimulating foods, rest more, less strenuous activities to avoid secondary injuries, and follow the doctor’s instructions for regular checkups.
