What is chiropractic? Chiropractic: A treatment that integrates anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and x-ray to reposition misaligned or slipped vertebral joints through manipulation for the purpose of treating spinal disorders. It is the most effective, painless and non-invasive natural treatment, and it also has a lifelong health care effect. Spinal correction: Direct action on the vertebral body, rapid correction to restore the normal state and structure, orthopedic, analgesic, remove numbness, and improve the function of internal organs. What symptoms are related to the spine? Cervical spine syndrome: headache, dizziness, shoulder and arm numbness, unstable blood pressure, etc. Thoracic spine disorders: back distension, poor breathing, functional heart disease, gastrointestinal disorders. Lumbar spine disorders: lumbar pain, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal canal narrowing, slippage, lower limb numbness and pain. Pelvic disorders: sacroiliac joint subluxation, sciatica. Scoliosis: scoliosis in children, spinal deformity in adults. If it is caused by a spinal disorder, it can be cured or improved very quickly by timely correction. Can spinal disorders be cured? There are many causes of spinal disease, and relatively speaking, a short course of disease with little structural change in the spine will take less time to heal, while the opposite will take longer. Also, the time to cure can be affected by the fact that people are very different and respond differently to the same treatment. In addition, the patient should actively cooperate with the doctor and follow the doctor’s treatment plan, and not judge the effect by his or her own feelings. Generally speaking, a course of 6-12 treatments, one every other day, can effectively relieve symptoms after 3-6 treatments. The subsequent treatment process is divided into three phases: (1) the symptom removal phase, which usually takes one month; (2) the orthopedic phase, which usually takes three to six months. (3) Maintenance phase, which is once a month for lifelong health care. How does chiropractic care treat spinal disorders? After a rigorous scientific diagnosis based on x-rays, the patient is placed in the most flexible position for a particular vertebra in a specific posture based on biomechanics and the patient’s actual condition, and then the abnormal vertebra (e.g., rotation, lateral shift) is pushed back to its normal position with a light momentary burst of force in a specific direction and at a specific point of force. This is an effective treatment for ailments caused by spinal abnormalities, such as pain and numbness.
