The common adverse reactions are as follows: 1) pain at the puncture site due to local tissue damage, which is usually not serious and can be tolerated; 2) local hematoma can be caused after puncturing the blood vessels, and severe hematoma can compress the trachea, esophagus or laryngeal nerve, resulting in difficulty in breathing, difficulty in swallowing or hoarseness, or even asphyxia, which can be life-threatening; 3) secondary infection, which is mostly caused by the spread of infection in the puncture site and nearby tissues, with a low incidence.
