The term “vacation” generally refers to a woman’s menstruation. The fact that it takes 10 days for each menstrual period to be completely cleared may be a normal physiological phenomenon, or it may be caused by endometrial polyps, adenomyosis and other pathologic factors.
1. Normal physiological phenomenon: the normal female menstrual cycle is mostly 2-8 days, but there are differences between individuals. If the patient’s menstruation ends completely in 10 days each time, but there is no abdominal pain, leukorrhea abnormalities, etc., it may be a normal phenomenon.
2. Endometrial polyp: it is an overgrowth of endometrial mesenchyme covered with benign endometrial glands, which is a common gynecological disease. Patients with endometrial polyp may have abnormal menstruation, which is manifested as prolonged menstrual period, excessive menstruation, and so on.
3. Uterine adenomyosis: It refers to the endometrial glands and mesenchyme appearing in the myometrium, and patients may have prolonged menstrual period, heavy menstrual flow, dysmenorrhea and other symptoms.
Each menstruation takes 10 days to be completely clean, which may be normal if the cycle is regular and there are no uncomfortable symptoms. However, it is impossible to completely exclude pathological factors, and it is recommended to go to the hospital for relevant examinations, and be diagnosed and treated by specialized doctors.
