What does it mean to be anti-HBs positive

Positive anti-HBs refers to positive anti-hepatitis B surface antibody, which means that one has had hepatitis B vaccine and has good immunity against the hepatitis B virus. Hepatitis B carriers cannot take the hepatitis B vaccine, but need to have regular liver checkups every six months, which are mainly to follow up whether there is any hepatitis flare-up. If there is an episode of hepatitis, oral antiviral medication is required for treatment. Hepatitis B is caused by infection with hepatitis B virus (HBV). Hepatitis B patients and HBV carriers are the main source of infection of the disease, and HBV can be transmitted through mother-to-child, blood products, broken skin and mucous membranes, and sexual contact.
