What should I pay attention to in patients with fatty liver and high blood cholesterol?

Fatty liver can cause elevated glutathione and glutathione transaminases. This is because fatty liver is a lesion caused by excessive accumulation of fat in liver cells due to various reasons. Excessive accumulation of fat in liver cells can damage liver cells in heavy cases and affect the normal metabolic function of liver cells, resulting in elevated glutathione transaminase (GPT) and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase (GOT). Patients with fatty liver and hyperlipidemia should pay attention to: 1. strengthen exercise to burn off excessive calories in the body and control body weight within the normal range; 2. low-fat and low-sugar diet and control the total amount of diet; 3. when there is an elevation of GPT and GOT, the liver cells have been damaged at this time and alcohol should be prohibited; 4. take drugs for treating fatty liver and lowering blood lipid.
