Nine-point method: The nine-point method is calculated according to the percentage of the skin area of each part of the burn to the total body skin area. Set the whole body surface area for 100%, of which the head, face and neck each account for 3%; both hands, both forearms, both upper arms each account for 5%, 6%, 7%; trunk front and back, perineum each account for 13%, 13%, 1%; buttocks, feet, calves, thighs each account for 5%, 7%, 13%, 21%. 2. Palm method: the burned patient’s own palm area of five fingers together, can be regarded as 1% of the body surface area, this method is commonly used in the burn area of small patients.
