Most of the physiological fiducials do not require special treatment. A small number of physiologic floaters may affect the patient’s daily life due to the large size of the turbidities, and may be considered to be treated by applying medications such as iodine preparations or undergoing vitreoretinal ablation. Physiologic floaters are a physiologic change, mainly manifested by the appearance of dots or filaments and other forms of floaters in front of the eyes. Most patients have fewer floaters, which do not affect daily life and can be considered for clinical observation. A small number of patients because of more or larger floaters in the visual field area, affecting the patient’s vision, in the treatment of iodine preparations and other drugs, such as topical amiodarone peptide eye drops or oral lecithin complexed iodine and other drugs; can also be considered to use vitreous ablation and other surgical methods for treatment. It is recommended that patients with physiologic Aedes aegypti go to the hospital for a detailed examination in a timely manner and follow the doctor’s instructions for observation or treatment.
