What is pediatric tilt neck

Pediatric myotonic squint, commonly known as crooked neck disease, is a disease characterized by head tilting to the affected side, forward tilt, facial rotation to the healthy side and facial deformation. Clinically, except for the rare cases of compensatory postural squint caused by visual impairment, bony squint caused by spinal deformity and neurological squint caused by cervical muscle paralysis, myotonic squint is usually caused by spasm of sternocleidomastoid muscle on one side.
