Comprehensive treatment of pemphigus is effective, and its treatment includes general treatment, topical treatment, systemic medication, and other treatments. There is no most effective method due to different personal constitution and condition. 1. General treatment: keep the room dry and ventilated. Pay attention to diet rich in nutrients and easy to digest. For patients with extensive skin damage use exposure therapy. 2. Local treatment: wipe the mucosal erosion with saline, or use oil gauze to cover the erosion surface, and give sensitive antibiotics such as gentamycin ointment externally or systemically to those who are infected with the erosion surface. 3. Systemic drug therapy: (1) Glucocorticoid: such as prednisone, is the first-line drug for treatment. (2) Immunosuppressants: suitable for moderate and severe patients, including azathioprine, mertiomacrophenol ester, cyclophosphamide and so on. Biologic anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody (rituximab) has also been used recently in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris. 4. Other treatments: such as intravenous injection of human blood gammaglobulin, immunosorbent, plasma exchange and so on. Patients with pemphigus should not take medication on their own, but should go to the hospital in time and receive standardized treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
