Scars are not removable once they appear, but the appearance of the scar can be improved by injecting medication, surgery and other methods. 1. Injectable medication: Steroid injections can be used to treat hyperplastic scars that protrude from the skin, such as Triamcinolone acetonide suspension; collagen injections can be used to fill in depressed scars. 2. Surgical treatment: Part of the scar can be considered according to its location and shape, through keloidectomy to directly remove the hyperplastic tissue, and then combined with radiation therapy, topical medication and other measures to prevent the reappearance of keloid scarring at the surgical site. In addition, laser treatment and ultrasound treatment can also be used to improve scarring. Keloid scar treatment should go to a regular hospital plastic surgery treatment, according to the individual physique, the specific conditions of the scar, and follow the doctor’s instructions to take appropriate treatment measures, to avoid the abuse of their own prescriptions, or to take unscientific treatment program.
