Otolithiasis heals itself quickly

There is no quick self-cure for otolithiasis, and only a very small percentage of patients can recover on their own without treatment. The preferred treatment for otolithiasis is manual repositioning, with surgery for severe symptoms.
For patients with obvious symptoms of otolithiasis, the preferred treatment is repositioning, i.e., changing the patient’s head position and using gravity to relieve the symptoms with free-swimming otolith particles.
For those who are ineffective in manipulative repositioning, surgical treatments such as semicircular canal obstruction and posterior pudendal nerve severance are needed.
It is recommended that patients should rest more, ensure enough sleep, avoid staying up late for a long time, maintain a relaxed mood, and eat a light diet.
It is recommended that patients with otolithosis should consult a doctor in time, and the doctor will choose the appropriate measures for treatment according to the patient’s condition.
