Heart disease can be categorized into myocardial disease, cardiovascular lesions, pericardial disease, heart valve disease, etc. The examination required for each disease is different, and common examination methods include electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound, arteriography, cardiac electrophysiological examination, and cardiac enhanced CT.
1. Myocardial disease: Myocardial disease can be clarified by serum myocardial marker test, electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound and other tests to determine whether there is myocardial damage, ultrasound can observe the heart shape, but also can make a judgment on the area of myocardial ischemia.
2. Cardiovascular diseases: cardiovascular diseases can be clarified through arteriography to determine the location, scope and extent of the lesion, and also through ultrasonography and X-ray to understand the blood flow and vascular lesions.
3. Pericardial disease: Pericardial disease can be detected by palpation to know the location of the heart boundary, and X-ray and ultrasound to determine whether the heart is enlarged or not, to confirm the presence of pericardial effusion, and to determine the amount of effusion.
4. Heart valve disease: heart valve disease can be detected by auscultation to find out whether there is a heart murmur or not, and can also be observed through ultrasound examination of the activity state of each valve leaflet. In addition to this, patients can also be examined by means of dynamic electrocardiographic monitoring, cardiac electrophysiologic examination, cardiac enhancement CT and other means.
There are many kinds of heart disease examination, if the patient has heart discomfort, he needs to go to a professional hospital for early examination to prevent misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.
