Hypertension specific disease criteria

Hypertension special disease criteria, which is often referred to as special chronic disease identification disease diagnosis criteria, patients who meet this criteria can enjoy a portion of the monthly state subsidy money for the purchase of hypertension-related drugs. The criteria are mainly hypertension above the third level, such as systolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 180 mmHg, and/or diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 110 mmHg, and accompanied by one of the following complications to meet the criteria for special diseases: 1, the patient has a history of angina pectoris or myocardial infarction, but also accompanied by heart enlargement or cardiac function greater than the third level. 2, cerebrovascular disease, patients with hypertension above the third level at the same time, but also the presence of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage. The patient should also have a history of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, as well as muscle strength below the third degree, and CT or MRI of the head showing certain focal changes, such as a lesion of less than 2cm at the brainstem and internal capsule, and lesions in other areas need to be greater than or equal to 2cm to meet the specific criteria for hypertension. 3, in hypertension above the third degree, accompanied by kidney disease, the blood creatinine level should be greater than or equal to 177μ 4, hypertension grade 3 or higher, accompanied by aortic coarctation, but need to provide evidence of previous MRI or imaging. 5, hypertension grade 3, accompanied by severe hypertensive retinopathy, or with optic nerve papilledema.
