Dizziness when the head is tilted to the right may be due to otoliths. Otolithiasis is a form of peripheral vertigo that can occur in the right or left ear. Patients with right-sided otoliths may suddenly become dizzy when their head is tilted to the right, and the dizziness may be accompanied by rotation of visual objects and deafness and tinnitus, and is usually not accompanied by balance disorders or ataxia. Most patients may have sudden relief of dizziness after one reset treatment, but some patients need multiple reset treatments. 4. If the patient has another attack, he/she needs to undergo reset treatment again.
