Dermatologic hormonal drugs commonly include hydrocortisone, prednisone acetate, methylprednisolone, trenbolone, dexamethasone, trenbolone, and so on. 1. Hydrocortisone: (1) Indications: pemphigus, exfoliative dermatitis, psoriasis, heavy drug rash, etc. (2) contraindications: ① allergic to the drug is prohibited. Active gastric ulcer, osteoporosis, diabetes, severe hypertension, glaucoma, cataracts and so on. (3) Precautions: ①Pregnant women, hypertension, diabetes mellitus patients with caution. ② bacterial and viral infections need to be combined with anti-infective drugs, apply with caution. 2. Prednisone acetate: (1) Indications: drug rash, eczema, pemphigus, exfoliative dermatitis. (2) Contraindications are the same as hydrocortisone. (3) Precautions: ① pregnant women should be used with caution, severe liver dysfunction is prohibited. (2) When stopping the drug should be gradually reduced, should not be stopped abruptly. (iii) may cause herpes zoster virus infection systemic generalized, use with caution. 3. Methylprednisolone: dermatologic indications are the same as prednisone acetate, contraindications and precautions with hydrocortisone. 4. Trazodone: (1) Indications: drug rash, eczema, pemphigus and so on. (2) Contraindications and precautions are the same as hydrocortisone. 5. Dexamethasone: (1) Indications: drug rash, eczema, neurodermatitis. (2) Contraindications and precautions with hydrocortisone. 6. Trimethoprim: (1) Indications: for severe drug rash, exfoliative dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis. (2) Contraindications: same as hydrocortisone. (3) Precautions: Use with caution in pregnant women and those with hepatic or renal insufficiency. Patients should not self-medicate, should be standardized under the guidance of a doctor.
