The difference between KF94 and N95

The difference between KF94 and N95 mainly lies in the following aspects: KF represents the Korean standard, N represents the American standard, KF94 is a mask produced in Korea for filtering oily and non-oily material particles greater than 94% filtration efficiency, while N95 masks are produced by the American standard for filtering particles with an efficiency of more than 95%. But N also stands for non-oily particulate matter, so the difference between KF94 and N95 also lies in the fact that KF94 is able to filter oily particulate matter, while N95 masks can only filter non-oily particles. In the current situation of the new coronavirus, KF94 and N95 are more effective than N95 in terms of virus protection, because N95 can filter droplet particles of 0.3 microns in diameter, while KF94 filters droplet particles of 0.4 microns.
