Diagnostic recipe for clinical symptoms of cervical and lumbar spondylosis

(1) cervical spine: cervical three, shoulder four, elbow five, wrist six, hand seven, head symptoms one and two to find. (2) lumbar spine: pain in the knee joint up and down can be found in lumbar two and three; lumbar pain looking for three and four; pain in the lateral side of the leg looking for four and five. Pain on the back side of the leg looks for lumbar five and sacral one; aggravated after rest and alleviated after activity looks for intervertebral disc; alleviated after rest and aggravated after activity looks for spinal stenosis. Look for sacroiliac for abnormal urination and defecation, hip joint disorder, and medial thigh restriction. First cervical spine (C1) vertigo, posterior headache, vision loss, hypertension, insomnia, facial palsy. Second cervical spine (C2) vertigo, migraine, tinnitus, chest tightness, tachycardia, abnormal urination, decreased vision, hypertension, insomnia, facial palsy. Third cervical spine (C3) foreign body sensation in the throat, chest tightness, neck pain, toothache, hyperthyroidism. Fourth cervical spine (C4) foreign body sensation in the throat, chest tightness, eruption, shoulder pain, toothache, trigeminal neuralgia, hyperthyroidism. Fifth cervical spine (C5) vertigo, loss of vision, tachycardia or bradycardia, upper arm pain or lower limb paralysis. Sixth cervical spine (C6) hypotension, arrhythmia of heart rate (tachycardia or bradycardia), radial numbness of upper limb. Seventh cervical vertebra (C7) hypotension, arrhythmia of the heart rate, posterior ulnar side numbness and pain of the upper extremity. First thoracic vertebra (T1) posterior pain in the upper arm, scapular pain, shortness of breath, cough, left upper chest pain, panic, palpitations. The second thoracic vertebra (T2) has pain in the posterior aspect of the upper arm, shortness of breath, cough, left upper chest pain, panic, and palpitations. The third thoracic vertebra (T3) has pain in the posterior aspect of the upper arm, scapular pain, shortness of breath, cough, left upper chest pain, panic, palpitation, chest tightness, and chest pain. The fourth thoracic vertebra (T4) has chest wall pain, shortness of breath, eructation, and breast pain. Fifth thoracic vertebra (T5) chest wall pain, shortness of breath, breast pain. Sixth thoracic vertebra (T6) stomach pain, liver pain, epigastric distension, intercostal pain, gallstone disease. Seventh thoracic vertebra (T7) stomach pain, pain in the liver region, epigastric distension, intercostal pain, gallstone disease. Eighth thoracic vertebra (T8) with stomach pain, pain in the liver region, epigastric distension, intercostal pain, cholelithiasis. Ninth thoracic vertebra (T9) stomach pain, pain in the liver region, epigastric distension, uterine inflammation. Tenth thoracic vertebra (T10) abdominal distension, pain in the liver region, ovarian inflammation, orchitis, uterine inflammation. Eleventh thoracic vertebra (T11) Gastroparesis, liver pain, pancreatitis, diabetes, kidney disease, abnormal urination, urinary tract stones, abdominal distension and pain. Twelfth thoracic vertebra (T12) gastric and epigastric pain, liver pain, pancreatitis, diabetes mellitus, kidney disease, urinary abnormalities, urinary stones, abdominal distension and pain, nephritis, kidney stones, diarrhea. First lumbar vertebra (L1) Gastroparesis, liver pain, pancreatitis, diabetes, kidney disease, abnormal urination, urinary tract stones, abdominal distension pain, nephritis, kidney stones, diarrhea, anterior thigh pain. The second lumbar vertebra (L2) has low back pain, abnormal urination, thigh numbness and pain. The third lumbar vertebra (L3) has low back pain on both sides and abdominal pain. The fourth lumbar vertebra (L4) has low back pain on both sides, abdominal pain, abdominal distension and constipation, and numbness and pain on the lateral side of the lower extremities. The fifth lumbar vertebra (L5) has numbness and pain on the posterior side of the lower limbs, pain in the lower limbs, seminal emission, and menstrual disorders.
