The medial side of the lateral bone is the hallux valgus, and the lateral side is the fifth metatarsal hallux. The hallux valgus is pulled by the posterior tibialis muscle and talofibular ligament, which can cause a fracture of the hallux valgus. The treatment includes plaster tube fixation for 6 weeks and surgical incision and internal fixation. Ischemic osteonecrosis occurs easily after the fracture of the navicular bone. The fifth metatarsal tuberosity has the attachment of the short fibularis muscle, the short fibularis muscle stops at the fifth metatarsal tuberosity through the lateral fibula, and the short fibularis muscle is used to refer to the external rotation of the foot and flexion of the lower leg joint. When strong contraction of the short fibularis muscle occurs, it can cause a fracture of the base of the 5th metatarsal tuberosity. The fracture is not obviously displaced, and the treatment can be fixed with a short-legged plaster cast for 4-6 weeks, and if the fracture is obviously displaced, the fracture can be fixed by surgical incision and internal fixation of the reset screws.
