2. Pathologic:

(3) Palmoplantar keratosis: the main feature is thickening and hyperkeratosis of the skin in the palmoplantar area. (4) Tinea versicolor: It is mostly related to fungal infection of the superficial skin of the hands, and manifests as erythema, papules, blisters, and scaling of the skin of the hands.
