Second, the gout patient diet notes: 1.
1. During the onset of acute gout, try to choose any food group, protein is best supplied entirely by eggs, milk and milk products.
2. Non-acute gout onset period should still avoid the consumption of contraindicated food, and should choose discretionary food, such as two meals per week, about 80 grams per meal. You can choose any of the following foods: meat, river fish, poultry. Reduce the consumption of beans, usually can choose to eat more food of any kind.
