Hypertension is divided into several levels

Hypertension is divided into 3 levels, with hypertension grade 1 being the mildest and hypertension disease grade 3 being the most severe. Blood pressure greater than 180/110mmHg is hypertension level 3, blood pressure less than 159/99mmHg is hypertension level 1, and hypertension level 2 is greater than 160/100mmHg and less than 180/110mmHg. hypertension level 1 can be treated without medication and can be treated with exercise and a regular lifestyle to control blood pressure. Hypertension grade 2 or higher requires antihypertensive medication. Hypertension grade 2 can be treated with one antihypertensive medication and blood pressure changes can be observed. Patients with grade 3 hypertension need to be treated with a combination of two or more antihypertensive medications to keep their blood pressure within the normal range. Grade 3 hypertension is very dangerous and must be urgently lowered, otherwise brain hemorrhage is likely to occur.
