What’s wrong with uncomfortable vulva itching

In clinical practice, if vulvar itching occurs, the most common cause is Candida infection. Since Candida infection can cause not only a local inflammatory reaction in the vagina, but also a local allergic reaction, severe itching can occur and this itching often makes the patient restless and therefore can be treated by giving a mycobacterium suppository. Before inserting into the vagina, it is recommended to rinse the vaginal secretions with 5% sodium bicarbonate before administering the medication to achieve the desired therapeutic effect. If itching is unbearable, topical application of mometasone soft (cream) ointment can be used for anti-allergy treatment. Also, vulvar itching should be ruled out for vulvar dermatitis, vaginal trichomonas infection, and mycoplasma and chlamydia infections.
