Ketorolac aminotriol is a non-steroidal antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug mainly indicated for bouts of pain after surgery, including pain from incisions and pain in the abdomen. Patients with abdominal pain can be given 30mg intramuscularly, which usually lasts for 6-8 hours. If the pain is very obvious, 60mg can be injected at a time, and if the patient has abdominal pain again after 6-8 hours, an additional injection of 30mg or 60mg can be given. However, care should be taken to determine the cause of the pain in order to prevent infection or other lesions in the abdominal cavity, which could lead to delayed illness. In addition, aminotriol ketorolac may cause gastric ulcers or bleeding in the stomach. Ketorolac aminotriol should be avoided if the patient has stomach problems or if the patient is allergic to aspirin-based drugs.
