Why will sleep a jolt

A jolt of sleep is medically called sleep jolt. This condition is likely to occur when you first fall asleep, or in some patients, during sleep. The sleep jolt may be preceded by an abnormal sensation, such as a foot in the air, a falling body, or a feeling of being airborne, resulting in a brief twitch or jolt in part of the body or the whole body. However, if the jolt occurs repeatedly, it may lead to fear of falling asleep, which may cause anxiety symptoms and even sleep deprivation. Theoretically, if the patient can be induced to sleep as soon as possible, that is, with some sleep-promoting drugs, the symptoms of sleep jumping may be improved. If the symptoms are accompanied by anxiety, some anti-anxiety treatment is needed at the same time.
