How to regulate the sinking of the spleen qi

Spleen qi subsidence is mainly considered to be regulated by medication, such as tonifying the middle and benefiting the qi, and ascending the yang and tonifying the qi, and so on. Spleen qi subsidence is mainly a disease caused by deficiency of spleen qi, which leads to tissue flaccidity and prolapse of organs, manifesting as pale face, dizziness and easy sweating, shortness of breath, tiredness, low food intake, loose stools, abdominal distension and fall, and other diseases.
1. Tonifying the middle Jiao Qi Tang, with the effects of tonifying the middle Jiao Qi (treating deficiency of Qi by tonifying the spleen) and elevating Yang to lift the sunken organs, is used in treating Qi deficiency and sunken organs, such as prolapse of the anus, uterine prolapse, prolonged diarrhea, prolonged dysentery, and disintegration of menstruation (excessive menstruation or dripping of menstruation).
2. Yang Boosting and Qi Replenishing Tang, with the efficacy of benefiting qi and boosting yang (replenishing qi so that yang qi rises and develops), dredging the liver and strengthening the spleen (regulating the qi of the liver and strengthening the function of the spleen), is used in cases of untimely eating and drinking, hunger and fatigue, gastric qi insufficiency, spleen qi slippage, shortness of breath and weakness, and intolerance to cold and heat.
It is recommended that the patient should consult the doctor for TCM diagnosis in time and be given targeted treatment by the doctor, and should not blindly self-medicate.
