7mm breast cysts without obvious symptoms usually do not need special treatment, if there are obvious clinical symptoms can be treated by surgical excision.
1. Follow-up observation: if the cyst is small and stable, and ultrasound does not find any suspicious signs, it can be observed clinically without special treatment if there are no uncomfortable symptoms.
2. Puncture and aspiration: for large single cysts, ultrasound-guided puncture and aspiration of cystic fluid can be considered. After aspiration, pressure bandage should be given to promote the adhesion of the cyst wall.
3. Surgical excision biopsy. Surgical excision is recommended when one of the following conditions exists.
(1) Repeated attacks of the same cyst within a short period of time.
(2) The cyst has mixed cystic solid echoes and the cyst puncture fluid is bloody.
(3) The cyst wall tissue or intracystic septum is rich in blood supply.
(4) Molybdenum target examination shows that the wall of the cyst shows mud-like calcification.
It is recommended that patients suffering from breast cysts should consult a regular hospital in time and standardize the treatment under the guidance of doctors.
