Early Symptoms of Lower Extremity Thrombosis

Early symptoms of lower extremity thrombosis are divided into symptoms of lower extremity venous thrombosis and lower extremity arterial thrombosis according to different parts.
1. Symptoms of lower extremity venous thrombosis: Early symptoms of lower extremity venous thrombosis are mainly manifested as sudden painless edema and local pain. Most of the edema belongs to concave edema, that is to say, the finger is depressed when pressed gently; most of the pain is along the blood vessel, the pain is obvious in the acute period, and the symptom disappears gradually after the blood vessel is reopened.
2. Symptoms of arterial thrombosis in lower limbs: Early stage of arterial thrombosis in lower limbs mainly manifests ischemic symptoms, such as coldness, numbness, pallor of lower limbs, and weakening or disappearance of vascular pulsation. If the disease progresses further, symptoms of neurological ischemia may appear, resulting in abnormal or limited activity of the muscles or joints of the lower limbs, and in severe cases, necrosis of the limbs may occur.
In order to detect thrombosis in the lower limbs in time, it is recommended to have regular medical checkups, and to have regular treatment as soon as possible after the discovery.
